Employment Type Full-Time
Minimum Experience Manager/Supervisor

Edge is looking out for a Pacific-Northwest based, full-time remote (work from home) Project Manager who wants to be part of a dynamic team of thought leaders and experts - and is willing to dive in and learn along the way, looking to grow a career as an established and essential part of our team.

This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work for an established, innovative, full-service marketing and advertising firm located in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon.

Everyone at Edge works from a home based office, which has been our thing since our inception - we know how to make working from home work well and have done it successfully for 20 years. So, if you’re excited about working remotely, want to have a role where you can affect change and grow your career, and enjoy building partnerships - AND if you live within an hour or so of the Portland Metro area (we love to hang out as a team, get our families together and enjoy the occasional beer in Zack’s back yard), please read on!

40 hours a week with flextime available. Preferred work schedule is M-F between 7am-6pm PST with flexibility as to start-stop times.

As a Project Manager at Edge, you’ll be working closely with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators to uncover needs, identify goals and set KPIs. From there, you’ll be responsible for working with Edge stakeholders to build proposals and set timelines that make sense within the bigger picture of all client projects and initiatives. You’ll focus on growing relationships, establishing trust, securing approvals and clearly communicating project scope, monitoring project milestones, managing budgets and greasing the wheels of many moving parts (think navigating the stairs at Hogwarts).

As a Project Manager at Edge, you’ll be a key part of our Client Services team - working with our CS Team Manager and Project Coordinator to lead and facilitate ongoing projects. You’ll partner with your team to identify and eliminate barriers and obstacles to productivity and provide an open avenue for our creative teams to thrive in the areas where their skills and talent are required most.

This role will play a critical part in the smooth operation of the agency - delivering quality work and helping each department attain their goals. In this role, you’ll be working with and continually developing and maintaining processes and internal practices to ensure streamlined workflows, super-served clients and maximized profits.

A confident problem solver and quick thinker who anticipates potential issues before they arise and handles them in a balanced, people-first approach will be successful in this role. This role is best suited for a reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, highly organized, people-person who can juggle multiple project-related tasks, enjoys a fast-paced work environment and thinks creatively while working in a mostly remote work environment.

At Edge, we are both creative and technical. In a given week, you’ll find our team setting up advanced tracking, programming, maintaining websites, updating digital creatives, creating media plans, crafting copy and creating content. As a Project Manager, these are the types of projects you’ll be involved in facilitating:

  • Complex Website development in WordPress
  • Digital campaigns in Google Ads and Display & Video 360 with ROI based reporting
  • Content creation (video, photo, graphics, copy) for web, traditional media and digital ads
  • SO much more (it’s pretty fun stuff!)

Remote since our inception, Edge was established in 2001 and is celebrating 20 years in business. We partner with marketing teams in a variety of industries all over the United States including Credit Unions, Home Builders, Home Improvement, Retail and Non-Profits.

We have a small team of seasoned experts and offer a fun, dynamic, engaging and creative work environment. We are passionate about our local community, the Pacific Northwest, craft beer, music and the great outdoors. Our values focus on people, performance and partnership.

We go beyond whenever possible to serve our clients and each other. And, we look for these same attributes in the teams and individuals we align ourselves with, both internally and externally. Edge is growing, with opportunities for upward mobility and having lots of fun with a great team throughout your journey.
